ClaimThread is being built around a simple idea: a claim should not have to be reconstructed every time responsibility moves between a claimant/member, trustee, insurer, administrator, clinician or reviewer.
Complex claims often span multiple organisations, systems, documents and interpretations. Evidence gets requested more than once, reasoning is separated from source material, and each participant sees only a fragment of the chronology.
ClaimThread creates a shared governed layer above existing systems. It keeps claim identity, evidence, assessment context, workflow and decisions connected while preserving role-specific access.
The current product is designed around Australian superannuation and life-insurance claims. Australian terminology, fund and organisation reference data, occupation context, health interoperability structures and complaint/review concepts are kept in the jurisdiction layer rather than embedded as universal assumptions.
